The safety of our athletes, participants and staff is our top priority. We continue to carefully follow the official guidance from state and local health officials.
As for events scheduled in May, it is too early to predict the effects and timeline of COVID-19. We will be temporarily suspending the upcoming New Mexico Games events taking place in May. The events are not cancelled, but rather on standby as we wait for more information regarding the public health situation.
We are committed to helping take the necessary steps to help prevent the spread of this virus and keeping our community healthy.
